Written in the framework of the Labojeunes project by Raphaël Darquenne with the collaboration of Actiris, the "Guide for a human accompaniment of young people towards employment" is addressed to the actors concerned by the insertion and the transitions of the young people. How can professionals and organizations best equip themselves with the necessary skills and tools to foster positive transitions in young people? This guide is not the guide of the "LaboJeunes" team. It is the guide for all participants in 24 days of group analysis (young people, employers, professionals, ...). It is from their questions, their realities, their reflections, their practices, their stakes and their knowledge that this guide was built.
